•1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
•1 1/2 cups oil, or as needed
•6 to 8 small red-colored chilies, or two teaspoons chile paste
•1 teaspoon minced ginger
•1/2 cup cashews

Shell and devein the shrimp. reduce in half lengthwise. Lightly beat the egg white. Marinate the shrimp within salt, egg bright and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
In only a tiny bowl, combine the chicken broth, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. create aside.
Heat the oil. once the essential oil is hot, include the shrimp. Cook briefly right up until the shrimp turns pink. get rid of through the wok.
Remove all but two tablespoons essential oil through the wok. include the chile peppers or chile paste. Stir-fry for just about any minute, then include the minced ginger and stir-fry right up until it is aromatic (about 15 seconds). Stir within cashews. Stir-fry for about one minute, getting heal to not burn.
