This fast and quick edition of Beef and broccoli is fantastic for busy weeknights.
Restaurant-style Beef and Broccoli

Total Time: 25 minutesIngredients:
•1 pound flank steak
•2 red-colored bell peppers
•1 cup canned straw mushrooms
•1/2 pound frozen broccoli
•Marinade:
•2 tablespoons dried out sherry or cooking sherry
•2 tablespoons soy sauce
•1 teaspoon minced ginger
•1 eco-friendly onion, chopped
•Other:
•1 clove garlic, chopped
•1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
•1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with a few of tablespoons water
•1 teaspoon granulated sugar
•4 tablespoons essential oil for stir-frying, or as needed
Preparation:
Partially freeze the meat. reduce throughout the grain into slices.
Cut the red-colored bell pepper in half. get rid of the stem and seeds and reduce into slim strips. Rinse the mushrooms below cozy operating drinking water and slice. Thaw the frozen broccoli. Drain.
