Preparation:
Cut the beef throughout the grain into slender slices. include the marinade elements and marinate for about 15 minutes.
While the beef is marinating, put together one other ingredients. Trim the string beans. Blanch the string beans briefly in boiling salted drinking water till they turn vivid green. eliminate the string beans, plunge briefly in ice chilly drinking water and drain thoroughly.
Peel and chop the garlic. inside a little bowl, blend jointly the sauce ingredients. inside a separate little bowl, dissolve the cornstarch from the water.
Heat the wok. include two tablespoons essential oil towards the heated wok. once the essential oil is hot, include the chopped garlic and stir-fry till aromatic (about 30 seconds). include the beef and stir-fry till it modifications colour and is also almost cooked through. eliminate and established aside.
