Ingredients:
•1 loaf of Bean curd , fried and reduce into cubes
•1 little can of tausi ( fermented, salted, dark beans )
•200 gms (7 ounces) chinese language courses broccoli
•1-2 kg of pork, reduce into cubes
•crushed garlic, to taste
•chopped onions, to taste
•Seasonings, include to taste:
•oyster sauce
•Chinese brightness soy sauce
•Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Heat the pan with cooking oil.
Add the crushed garlic and onions.
Add the pork cubes. enable to cook right up until the pork golden brown.
Add the fried bean curd and tausi. period using the oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
